VMware Services
VMware vSphere, vSAN and VMware Cloud Foundation engineering and architecture, migrations, the Broadcom transition and the automation that holds it together. For a three-host cluster in one office or an estate of several thousand VMs.
VMware is at the center of our enterprise infrastructure work. We design and build vSphere and VCF environments, upgrade and tune existing ones, move workloads between vCenters, sites and clouds, and help organizations decide what to do after Broadcom's licensing changes, including whether to leave. Every engagement is planned, run under your change process, tested with a rollback ready and documented.

Learn moreVMware for smaller businesses
Plenty of small and medium businesses run a handful of VMware hosts, often set up years ago and rarely touched since. The Broadcom licensing changes have made many of them ask whether VMware still makes sense. We give the same answer we'd give an enterprise: what it will cost to stay, what the alternatives (Hyper-V, Proxmox, Azure or fewer servers) would cost, and what the move would involve. If you stay, we keep it patched, backed up and documented. See IT for small and medium businesses.
Field notes
Practical write-ups from our VMware work: HCX vs vMotion: choosing a tool for cross-vCenter moves and a vSphere 8.x and VCF 9 upgrade checklist. We also make MerlinvSphere, a free Windows tool that inventories vCenter and VCF in one read-only run.
Frequently asked questions
Which VMware products do you work with?
vSphere (ESXi and vCenter), vSAN, VMware Cloud Foundation and HCX, plus Horizon for virtual desktops. We also work with Citrix and Azure Virtual Desktop, and with Zerto and Rubrik for disaster recovery and backup.
Should we stay on VMware after the Broadcom changes?
It depends on your licence position, your workloads and your team. Some organizations are better off on VCF, some on a smaller edition, and some on Hyper-V, Nutanix, Proxmox or Azure VMware Solution. We compare the real costs and the migration effort before recommending anything.
Do you take on small VMware environments?
Yes. We work on everything from a few hosts in one office to estates of several thousand VMs, and the approach is the same: document it, fix what's risky, and plan changes with a way back.
